        Information storage by insolvency professionals: submissions held by information utilities with restricted access and prescribed duties. An insolvency professional may submit reports, registers and minutes relating to insolvency resolution, liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings to an information utility for storage. Access to such submitted material is restricted to the concerned insolvency professional, the Board and the Adjudicating Authority.
