Porting information from registries enables information utilities to import and provide core services for imported records. Regulation 26 authorises an information utility to import information from registries notified by the Board, and requires the information utility to render the core services under section 3(9)(b), (c) and (d) in accordance with the Information Utilities Regulations, 2017 for information imported under that provision.
