of <h1>Registration and renewal for information utilities now require a 10 lakh fee under IBBI Regulations, 2017.</h1> A person eligible for registration as an information utility under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017, must apply using Form A of the Schedule and pay a non-refundable fee of ten lakh rupees. For renewal, an application must be submitted at least six months before the registration expires, also using Form A and accompanied by the same fee. The Board is required to acknowledge receipt of any application within seven days. The application fee was increased from five lakh to ten lakh rupees effective October 1, 2022.
