          <h1>Special casual leave for quarantine, on duty injury and family planning, with medical certification and limited clubbing rights.</h1> An employee is eligible for special casual leave when absence is necessitated by Board quarantine orders for infectious disease in the family or household, when injury on duty is certified by a Board-authorized Medical Officer, or for other exceptional circumstances; the Regulations also prescribe special leave for family planning operations with specified durations and allow such leave to be clubbed with other leave except casual leave.
