Rule 38 requires payment of prescribed copying fees in cash in advance for supply of photocopies of order sheets to appellants, respondents or authorised representatives; reported and unreported orders may be supplied to journals for amounts prescribed by the President on an annual or half yearly basis; cause lists are supplied to authorised representatives for prescribed fees and to departmental representatives without fee if requested; no fee is payable by any departmental authority connected with the matter.
