Certification-based appeal right allows further review where certification issued and civil procedure appeal rules apply. A certified appeal route permits further review to the highest appellate forum from judgments of a superior appellate court in appeals under the preceding provision when the superior appellate court certifies the case as fit for review, with civil appeal procedural rules applied as far as practicable and any variation or reversal to be given effect as provided in the earlier appellate provision.
