Revocation of cancellation of registration permits applicants to seek reinstatement subject to prescribed conditions and a hearing opportunity. Revocation of cancellation of registration allows a person whose registration was cancelled by the proper officer on his own motion to apply for revocation subject to prescribed conditions and within the prescribed manner and period; the proper officer may revoke or reject the application but must provide an opportunity to be heard before rejecting, and a revocation under the central statute is deemed to be a revocation under this Act.
