of <h1>State President Holds Key Financial and Administrative Powers Over Tribunal, Can Delegate Under Supervision Per Meghalaya GST Act 2017</h1> The State President is vested with financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These powers are subject to prescribed regulations. The State President has the authority to delegate these powers to any Member or officer of the State Bench or Area Benches. However, such delegation requires that the Member or officer operates under the direction, control, and supervision of the State President while exercising the delegated powers.
