State Goods and Services Tax: levy on intra state supplies with flexible commencement by government notification. Establishes a State Goods and Services Tax for levy and collection of tax on intra State supply of goods or services within the State, and empowers the State Government to bring the Act into force by notification in the official Gazette with the flexibility to appoint different commencement dates for different provisions.
