of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 governs tax on intra-state supply of goods and services.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is legislation enacted to govern the levy and collection of tax on intra-State supply of goods and services within Madhya Pradesh. It received the Governor's assent on June 9, 2017, and was published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette on June 12, 2017. The Act applies to the entire state and will be enforced on dates specified by the State Government through official notifications. Different provisions of the Act may come into effect on different dates as determined by the government.
