Good faith protection shields tribunal members and authorised officers from suits for acts performed under the Act. The provision grants immunity from suit to the President, State President, members, officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal and any person authorised by it, as well as to officers appointed or authorised under the Act, for acts done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act or the rules made thereunder.
