The repealed laws include the Maharashtra Betting Tax Act, 1925; the Maharashtra Purchase Tax on Sugarcane Act, 1962; the Maharashtra Advertisements Tax Act, 1967; the Maharashtra Forest Development Tax Act, 1983; the Maharashtra Tax on Luxuries Act, 1987; the Maharashtra Tax on Entry of Motor Vehicles Act, 1987; the Maharashtra Tax on the Entry of Goods Act, 2002; and the Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006. All registrations, licenses, or permissions under these repealed acts are canceled from the appointed day.
