Delegation of powers: notification may permit another officer to exercise specified powers under the Act. The Commissioner may, by notification and subject to any specified conditions, direct that any power exercisable by any authority or officer under the Act may also be exercised by another authority or officer named in the notification, enabling conditional substitution or shared exercise of statutory powers.
