Fee for copies: prescribed charge applies when a person requests a copy of an order or document. Where any person applies for a copy of any order or document, the person must pay the prescribed fee for provision of that copy; the provision authorises recovery of administrative costs and leaves the amount and conditions of payment to prescription.
