of <h1>State President Controls Financial and Administrative Powers of Appellate Tribunal Under MGST Act, 2017; Can Delegate with Oversight.</h1> The State President holds financial and administrative authority over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These powers are subject to prescribed regulations. The State President can delegate these powers to other Members or officers of the State Bench or Area Benches. However, those delegated must operate under the State President's direction, control, and supervision while exercising these powers.
