Right of appeal to Appellate Authority subject to prescribed time limits and extension for sufficient cause. An aggrieved concerned officer, jurisdictional officer or applicant may appeal an advance ruling to the Appellate Authority within thirty days of communication; the Appellate Authority may allow a further period up to thirty days for sufficient cause. Appeals must be filed in the prescribed form, with the prescribed fee and verification.
