Declaration of outward supplies required in first return after registration for supplies made before registration is granted. Registered persons must declare all outward supplies made between the date they became liable to registration and the date registration is granted, by including those supplies in the first return furnished after grant of registration under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, Section 40.
