The Shipping Bill and Bill of Export forms must be printed on foolscap paper (34.5 cm by 21.5 cm) with prescribed margins and layout, on paper of 70-85 gsm stable at 50-60% relative humidity; captions inside boxes must be 6 pt mono sans-serif placed near the top left; and the forms must be filled in only by typewriter or computer.
