Protection from legal proceedings shields tribunal members and authorised officers acting in good faith under the Act. Protection from legal proceedings is afforded to members, officers, employees and other persons authorised by the Appellate Tribunal, and to officers appointed or authorised under the Act, for acts or omissions done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act or rules made thereunder, barring suits, prosecutions and other legal proceedings for such conduct.
