of <h1>GST Payments Required Despite Appeal Under Sections 113(1) and 117 of Tamil Nadu GST Act, 2017</h1> Sums due to the government under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, must be paid even if an appeal is made to the High Court or Supreme Court. This applies to orders issued by the National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal under section 113(1), as well as orders from the State or Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal under the same section, or orders from the High Court under section 117. Payment must be made in accordance with the issued order.
