Payment of sums due despite appeal: amounts ordered by tribunal or high court remain payable according to the order. Where an Appellate Tribunal bench or the High Court has ordered sums due to the Government, those sums remain payable in accordance with that order notwithstanding that an appeal has been preferred to a higher court.
