of <h1>Key Amendments: Changes to Punjab Municipal Acts; Clauses Omitted in Sections 90(1), 113, 122, and 61(2-A)</h1> Amendments to various Acts include changes to the Punjab Municipal Corporations Act, 1976, where clauses (b) and (d) in section 90(1) are omitted, and the octroi levy provisions in section 113 are removed, along with the omission of section 122. In the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911, the term 'electricity' is omitted from section 61(2-A). Additionally, in the Punjab Infrastructure (Development and Regulation) Act, 2002, Schedule-III, Serial No. 1, and related entries are omitted. These amendments are effective from the commencement date of this Act, unless otherwise specified.
