of <h1>Government May Issue Orders to Resolve Issues in Punjab GST Act 2017 Within Three Years of Commencement</h1> If any difficulty arises in implementing the provisions of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government may, based on the Council's recommendations, issue a general or special order to address the issue, provided it does not conflict with the Act or its regulations. Such orders must be issued within three years from the Act's commencement. Once issued, these orders must be promptly presented before the State Legislature.
