of <h1>Taxable Persons Under Nagaland GST Act Must Pay Ordered Amounts Within 3 Months or Face Recovery Proceedings.</h1> Under Section 78 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a taxable person must pay any amount ordered under this Act within three months from the date of service of the order. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, recovery proceedings will be initiated. However, the proper officer may require payment within a shorter period if deemed necessary for revenue interests, provided the reasons are documented in writing.
