Financial and administrative powers of State President over tribunal benches may be delegated subject to direction, control and supervision. The State President exercises prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate such powers to any other Member or officer, provided the delegate continues to act under the State President's direction, control and supervision.
