of <h1>Section 26 of Nagaland GST Act: Deemed Registration Validity Linked to Central GST Act Unless Rejected Timely</h1> The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, Section 26, addresses deemed registration. It states that registration or a Unique Identity Number granted under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act is considered valid under this Act unless the application is rejected within the specified timeframe in Section 25(10). Furthermore, any rejection of registration or Unique Identity Number under the Central Act is also deemed a rejection under this Act.
