of <h1>Telangana GST Act Section 152: Safeguards Individual Return Info, Requires Consent for Disclosure, Limited Access Permitted</h1> Section 152 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, prohibits the disclosure of individual return information provided under Section 151 without the written consent of the concerned person or their authorized representative. Such information cannot be used in proceedings under the Act. Access to this information is restricted to individuals involved in statistical collection or data processing for the Act, except for prosecution purposes. However, the Commissioner may authorize the publication of information related to a class of taxable persons or transactions if deemed in the public interest.
