of <h1>Supreme Court Appeals Allowed Under Telangana GST Act 2017 for Appellate Tribunal and High Court Judgments</h1> An appeal to the Supreme Court under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is permissible from orders of the National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal or from High Court judgments deemed fit for appeal by the High Court itself. The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, applies to these appeals similarly to High Court decree appeals. If the Supreme Court varies or reverses a High Court judgment, the order is implemented as prescribed in section 117 for High Court judgments.
