Disclosure of information provided on a confidential basis is governed by the RTI Act confidentiality provision applied mutatis mutandis, and the Director General of Safeguards may require parties to furnish a non-confidential summary or, if summarisation is asserted to be impossible, a statement of reasons explaining that impossibility.
