If an appellant is entitled to a refund of an amount paid under Section 107(6) or Section 112(8) due to an order from the Appellate Authority or Tribunal, interest will be paid on this refund. The interest rate is as specified in Section 56, and it accrues from the date of the original payment until the refund is issued.
