of <h1>Section 30 Telangana GST Act: Revocation of Registration Cancellation Rules and Application Process Explained</h1> Section 30 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, addresses the revocation of cancellation of registration. A registered person whose registration is cancelled by a proper officer can apply for revocation within thirty days from the cancellation order's service date. The proper officer may either approve or reject the application, but rejection requires giving the applicant an opportunity to be heard. Revocation under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act is considered a revocation under this Act as well.
