The officer can approve or reject these amendments based on the provided or obtained information, following prescribed procedures. Certain amendments may not require officer approval. Rejections cannot occur without offering a hearing opportunity to the applicant. Decisions on amendments under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act are automatically applicable to this Act.
