Service of notice: multiple validated modes including personal delivery, electronic transmission, publication, and deemed service rules. Service of notices, summonses, orders and communications may be effected by personal delivery, registered/speed post or courier with acknowledgement, e mail to the registered address, availability on the common portal, local newspaper publication, or, if necessary, affixure at the last known business or residence or on the issuing officer's notice board. Such service is deemed to have occurred on the date of tender, publication or affixure; items sent by registered or speed post are deemed received after the normal transit period unless proved otherwise.
