Delegation of administrative powers lets State President assign financial and administrative authority to Members or officers under supervision. State President exercises financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate such powers to any Member or officer, provided that persons exercising delegated powers continue to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
