Scope of supply defined to include diverse transactions, imports and specified free activities, with specified exclusions and classificatory powers. The statute defines scope of supply to include all forms of goods or services transactions for consideration, import of services, specified free activities in Schedule I, and Schedule II deeming provisions; it excludes Schedule III items and certain public authority activities, and empowers the Government, on Council recommendation, to notify transactions as goods or services.
