Good faith protection shields officials and authorised persons from suits for actions taken under the Act. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings lie against Presidents, Members, officers, employees of the Appellate Tribunal or any officer appointed or authorised under the Act for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act or the rules made thereunder.
