Power to collect statistics enables Commissioner to require information and returns following notification and prescribed form. The Commissioner may, by notification when he considers it necessary, direct that statistics be collected on matters under the Act, and the Commissioner or any authorised person may require concerned persons to furnish information or returns in the prescribed form and manner relating to those matters.
