Financial and administrative powers confer State President control over appellate tribunal benches, permitting delegation under continued supervision. The State President holds prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate those powers to another Member or officer, provided the delegate continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
