(N.T.).</h1> References to the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Rules, 1996 in any rule, notification, circular, instruction, standing order, trade notice, or other order are to be interpreted as references to the updated Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Rules, 2016, including any corresponding provisions. This change was implemented through Notification No. 39/2016-Cus. (N.T.) dated March 15, 2016.
