GSTN registration facilitation ensures online validation of taxpayer data and digital issuance of registration certificates. GSTN operates the online registration interface, validates key taxpayer identifiers and business particulars with relevant agencies to reduce documentary requirements, forwards application data and scanned supporting documents to the Centre or States, receives queries or approval/rejection and the digitally signed registration, and makes that registration available for taxpayer download, enabling a largely paperless registration process.
