Binding period of advance ruling continues until the underlying law, facts, or circumstances supporting it change. Advance rulings have no fixed time period; they remain binding while the underlying law, facts or circumstances supporting the ruling remain unchanged and while the transaction continues, and cease to apply upon change in law, facts, or circumstances.
