          <h1>Commencement provisions: Act comes into force on notification, allowing different commencement dates for provisions and amendments.</h1> The Bill names the enactment the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 2017 and provides that it shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; different dates may be appointed for different provisions and any reference to commencement of the Act shall be construed as reference to the commencement of the specific provision.
