of <h1>Finance Bill 2017: Amends Section 18 of Oil Industry Act to Expand Central Government Expenditure in Oil and Gas Sector.</h1> Section 18 of the Oil Industry (Development) Act, 1974, is amended to include two new clauses. Clause (e) allows for expenditures by any Central Public Sector Undertaking in the oil and gas sector on behalf of the Central Government.
