Mediation non-attendance: two consecutive no-shows cause mediation to be treated as failed and reported to authorities. If a party wilfully fails to attend two consecutive sessions convened by the mediator or conciliator, the mediation or conciliation will be treated as failed and the mediator or conciliator must report the failure to the appropriate governmental or adjudicative authority, including tribunals or appellate bodies.
