Entry into force: treaty becomes effective upon later notification of procedural completion, taking effect immediately thereafter. Entry into Force is governed by reciprocal written notifications through diplomatic channels confirming completion of each Contracting Party's internal procedures; the Agreement becomes effective on the date of the later notification and has immediate effect from that date.
