Bar on civil court jurisdiction restricts courts from deciding matters under the Act except where expressly permitted. A bar of jurisdiction precludes civil courts from dealing with or deciding questions arising from or relating to acts done or purported to be done under the Model GST Law, subject only to the limited exceptions expressly provided by the statute.
