of <h1>Limitation Period for GST Appeals: Exclude Day of Order Service and Time to Obtain Order Copy</h1> In calculating the limitation period for filing an appeal or application under this chapter of the Model GST Law, the day the order was served is excluded. Additionally, if the appealing party did not receive a copy of the order when notified, the time taken to obtain this copy is also excluded from the limitation period.
