of <h1>Licensee Can Surrender Warehouse License After Clearing Dues, Emptying Warehouse, and Resolving Pending Proceedings</h1> A licensee may surrender a special warehouse licence by submitting a written request to the Principal Commissioner of Customs or the Commissioner of Customs. The licence can be canceled if the licensee has settled all dues to the Central Government, no goods remain in the warehouse from the date of the surrender request, and there are no pending proceedings against the licensee under relevant laws or regulations.
