Due arrival acknowledgement requirement: owner must present warehouse or export acknowledgement or face duty, interest and penalties. The owner must produce to the bond officer or proper officer an acknowledgement issued by the warehouse licensee, warehouse bond officer, or proper officer at the export customs station within one month or any extended period allowed; failure to do so requires payment of the full duty on the goods together with interest, fine and penalties under subsection (1) of section 72.
