of <h1>Meetings under Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority Rules set quorum, frequency, chairing, majority decisions and travel reimbursement.</h1> Rule prescribes meeting governance for the Authority and its Committees: autonomy to set times, places and procedures, Chairperson presides with delegation to a member present if absent, and meetings held at least quarterly with no more than 120 days between consecutive meetings. Decision-making follows majority views, more than fifty percent of appointed Members constitute Authority quorum, and two members constitute Committee quorum. Approval is required for meetings held outside New Delhi with stated reasons. Actual travel expenditure for non-official members or special invitees is reimbursable up to the Senior Administrative Grade government officer limit.
