of <h1>Leave entitlement for President and Members of NCLT: 30 days earned leave, payment and encashment per CCS Leave Rules.</h1> The President and every other Member are entitled to thirty days of earned leave for each year of service, establishing the basic leave entitlement. Payment of leave salary while on leave is governed by the applicable central civil services leave provision cited, which directs how leave pay is calculated and disbursed. Encashment of earned leave is permitted subject to a maximum aggregate ceiling; encashment plus amounts received on earlier retirement from prior service must not exceed the prescribed maximum under the central civil service leave framework.
