of <h1>Inter-Ministerial Committee to Oversee Senior Citizens' Welfare Fund Established Under Clause 146 of Finance Bill 2015</h1> Clause 146 of the Finance Bill, 2015 mandates the Central Government to establish an Inter-Ministerial Committee for the administration of the Senior Citizens' Welfare Fund. This Committee will include a Chairperson and other appointed members. The administration of the Fund and the conduct of Committee meetings will follow prescribed rules. The Committee is authorized to allocate funds to achieve the objectives outlined in subsection (3) of section 145.
